With global financial regulation density increasing drastically following the recent financial crisis globally, financial market operators and regulators alike are finding it challenging to keep up with the increasing density of global financial market regulation. Under an EC consortium program CrossLang, with partners, developed a solution for analyzing global regulation and establishing reporting requirements automatically from the ingested content. The solution also allows parties drafting new regulation to more effectively take existing regulation into account to avoid duplication and conflicts.
