AI4Culture Closing Ceremony
During the AI4Culture project that ran from April 2023 to February 2025, the consortium developed a platform which constitutes an online capacity building hub for the application of AI technologies in the cultural heritage sector.
CrossLang performed the project activities related to multilingual text recognition in scanned documents, by contributing datasets, upskilling materials and developing a tool integrating OCR, automatic correction and MT technologies, called OCCAM.
During the closing ceremony in the Dutch Institute for Sound & Vision in Hilversum, each partner presented their developed tool(s), and CrossLang presented the functionalities that are integrated in our OCCAM tool.
